按照“中央广播电视大学人才培养模式和开放教育试点”项目研究工作的要求, 为进一步做好我省电大开放教育试点工商管理专业(专科)的集中实践环节工作,落 实 “开放教育工商管理专业 (专科) 的实践性教学环节实施意见” (见皖电大学 【 2004 】 25 号文)关于毕业论文实施意见的规定,特制定本规范,对工商管理专业(专科)集 中实践环节毕业论文的写作指导、论文选题以及答辩工作进行规定。 第一部分 工商管理专业(专科)论文写作指导 一、论文写作程序 1 、确定选题 学员应根据自己的工作领域和特长,自行确定选题。所确定的选题必须经导师同 意。选题的原则,一是具有理论意义和现实意义,特别强调选择有现实针对性的题目; 二是选择自己比较熟悉的题目,这样才能做到材料充实,有感而发;三是选择对自己 来说难易适中的题目,最好是自己有一定理论基础又有兴趣研究,同时又是经过努力 可以完成的题目;四是选择大小合适的题目,题目太大不好把握,往往流于空洞肤浅、 人云亦云,一般来说题目小一点好驾驭,容易写得丰满,但也不要小到成了本单位的 工作总结或是意见建议书。 另外,论文题目的确定,应在学生和指导教师充分沟通基础上形成。指导教师应 与学生充分沟通,确定学生的兴趣方向和研究能力,帮助学生确定合适的论文题目, 论文题目确定后应上报省电大审批,审批通过后,原则上不得更改,因此学生和指导 教师在确定选题时应谨慎。 2 、收集材料 题目确定之后要在题目所涉及领域中广泛收集材料。材料一般分为两类,即理论 材料和事实材料。理论材料可以到图书馆、资料室或在互联网上按分类目录查找;事 实材料有些在图书、报刊资料中,有的是自己亲身接触到的,也有他人的经验、工作 中的统计资料、案例,等等。有条件的还可以就自己的选题专门作一些调查研究。收 集材料的过程也是分类整理和研究的过程,对材料的比较、思考、筛选,是论文立论 和论证的前提和基础。 3 、确定主要参考书目 从查阅到的相关材料中把与论文写作关系密切的筛选出来,一般不少于 6-10 本著 作,10 — 20 篇文章。将自己初选的书目提交导师审阅,由导师增减确定为主要参考书 目后,再进一步精读、分析、研究。 4 、初稿 写出初稿后自己先修改几遍,然后送交导师审阅。修改是论文写作的重要环节, 也是接受导师个别指教,提高思维能力和理论水平,学习如何进行学术研究的极好机 会。根据导师的意见至少再修改两遍,直到导师认可。 5 、定稿 论文经导师同意并在指导表上签署意见和签字后方可作为定稿打印。打印稿必须 经本人认真校对, 上交定稿中的一切错误都由学员本人负责。 打印格式按照统一要求, 一式三份,上交当地答辩委员会。 6 、进行答辩前的准备
